The Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) is the Organization responsible for the application and enforcement of the Real Estate Brokerage Act. Our mission is to protect the public.

The OACIQ is also responsible for ensuring the competency, professionalism and integrity of real estate and mortgage brokers in the province, particularly by supervising brokerage activities and by providing quality continuing education.
